If you're getting a bumpy ride or noticing some black residue on the chrome rails, it's time for new rollers. These are a perfect fit for the Total Gym XLS. Installation of the four new rollers took less than 15 minutes, and all you'll need is a pair of pliers to hold one end and a ratchet (or crescent wrench) to remove and replace the nut on the other end. There's a small bearing at one end of the bolt, make sure you don't lose that so you can put it back when installing the new roller. There were several flat washers included in the box, they were not needed on my T/G. No instructions but the repair is so simple you won't need any.

Thankful to find the replacement parts I needed for my TotalGymXL as it is over 20 years old and this is the first time it has failed. Parts are installed and it now works like new again.

Don't toss your old model Total Gym. When the wheels get old, the gym will start running like junk. Switching out the wheels is an inexpensive fix that should restore performance to like-new condition.

Great replacement! No issues on the installation. I have a Total Gym Fit and these were the exact same ones that are on the Total Gym site for $99. Washers came with the set but for the Fit I dud not need them. Reused same axles as well.

These replacement parts for my Total Gym XLS mounted perfectly fine but they do not seem to be as smooth rolling as the originals. I'm probably going to replace with the $60 ones on another website when I get a chance.

The size matches with my Total Gym XL part. My only issue is that if I tighten the bolt, it will not roll.
