This is a great toy for the price. My 7 year old granddaughter has had hours of fun with this, an adult would find it boring, however it’s so much fun to see her face light up and the joy she brings when playing with this and is a good tool for interactive play involving imagination. She took delight in showing her parents the “magic” genie tricks. It took a little time to figure it all out, but I think the directions were clear enough to understand and there is very little assembly involved.

Literally so cute 10 out of 10. My daughter who is for absolutely love this and still uses it. It was easy to use and to get working. It’s a little more expensive than I’d like but I would definitely buy it again regardless (can you put a price on happiness?)

This toy is such a wonderful idea — it truly brings happiness to children! Everything is very well made and of great quality. The way the toy appears is really impressive, and it was so much fun to watch. I also love that you can buy extra steam for the genie lamp, which makes it even more magical. The only downside was that the packaging arrived damaged. But honestly, that didn’t ruin anything — my child had been waiting for this toy for a long time, and the joy on her face made it all worth it. She was so excited that I didn’t even have a chance to take detailed pictures before she ran off with her new, super soft toy.

My daughters both have one. They love how it functions. They’ve had their lamps for 5 months and play with them weekly and it still works great. It has a pretty decent battery life. It is quite loud so if you need for it to be quiet make sure the kids aren’t right next to you lol the smell is quite strong. It is probably the one and only thing I do not appreciate about the toy. I have an air purifier and when the “potion” comes out of the spout in the form of vapor, it makes the air quality on my purifier turn red which is a little concerning. So if you let your little one play with it make sure it is in an open space with a window open. Other than that it was worth the value.

By far my 6 year olds favorite gift she has really loved her magic mixie and she talks to it she really believes and it’s adorable. It’s continued to smoke so it continues to be magical.
