Excellent product
I love these! They have been such a game changer! I use them to keep calm when my toddler loses her temper. I am highly sensitive and loud noises trigger a fly or fight reaction in me. These earplugs have helped me tremendously.

NOT for Misophonia
I’ve seen these advertised for Misophonia and I can guarantee you that they do not work for that purpose. Unless your CBT Therapy has worked wonders for you and you’ve overcome the disorder - these will not work for you. I almost felt like they isolated the trigger noise because all the background noise is muffled so all you hear is the noise you want to block. They are comfy yes, but they do not work as advertised. Honestly, I felt like they did the opposite. I read reviews that’s said it didn’t work but I had to see for myself because some said otherwise. Unfortunately, these are just very expensive pieces of plastic and silicone.I will stick to avoiding the sounds and completely blocking sounds with actual headphones that can drown out noise. Don’t rely on these like I did for a trip and I ended up sleeping in the bathtub to escape the snoring.
