Great mount and works great

Perfect for my RV, allows me enough room to pull the TV our from the where the TV sits as there is very little clearance on both sides of the TV. Strong support and works perfect for me. Used this to replace a single arm mount which was a joke. I can now get behind the TV and plug in anything I want, also allows me to put the TV in the home position so I can lock it down with the velco straps for traveling.

Very clear instructions and super easy to follow. Installation was quick and easy and all the required items were included.

I bought a 36 inch monitor/smart TV. I mounted this in the bedroom on a wall a few feet away from the bed. Now I can work on the computer while sitting in my easy chair, or swing the arm around and watch TV while relaxing in the bed. This swing arm has a really great reach on it, and you can move it into about any direction that you want. Really glad I bought this.

The product is better than I expected strong and sturdy no complaints for the wall mount. Came with a template to mark your wall and a level. I would by again from this company but here is the rub. I almost gave the product a 1 star because of Amazon. On April 8 the product advertisement for this item stated that it would be delivered on April 8 before 10pm. At 10:30pm it still said out for delivery and finally at 11:30pm it tells me there is a delay i tried to contact them but was told to wit until the end of day Tuesday 8, April before contacting them it was 11:55pm good luck trying to reach them. It finally arrived the next day and not only was it late they obviously do not know how to read or follow instructions and this is a common problem with Amazon delivery because I have it listed to be delivered to the back door more than half the time that is ignored and is delivered to the wrong door, even Walmart gets this right. Amazon you need to do better and get a customer service that is easy to reach and will talk with the customer. Wall mount is great Amazon delivery sucked.
