Storage.
Have had these Quality Street few times over lockdown. But never ones like these. Although the chocolates are edible where and how they have been stored is questionable. The chocolate is very grainy and going very pale. Although it doesn't change the taste is not nice. Just glad they were not bought as presents.

Tin came badly dented
Very poor packaging so tin (which was bought as a present) arrived badly dented.On the plus side, expiry date on the chocs was good.

Bit disappointing to find out how small the tins were
Certainly not value for money when you consider the price paid in supermarkets at Christmastime. Flavour was obviously second to none as always

£13 for a tin that would cost you £7 most in any supermarket.Thought the tin was one of the deep ones....disgusting

Wrong size.
The wrong size tin was delivered. I have had no feedback. Therefore I have paid far more for the quantity than I should have don. Not a happy lady.
