This is great vitamin C. If you're trying to lose weight and want to retain Supple skin take this three times a day with your meals.

This stuff is awesome! The thing that I love most about it is it’s made up of different forms of vitamin C that are more absorbed by the body than just only regular artificial ascorbic acid that comes from China (there is ascorbic acid in it, but there are other forms as well). The other major advantage that it’s time released, which is super important for health because the body does not create vitamin C and doesn’t retain it for long periods of time. So the slow release helps keep my body infused with vitamin C over a many hour time period. I take it at lunch and at the end of the night and I’ve noticed that my immune system feels stronger as well as it helps complement other supplements that I’m taking that use vitamin C to make them work. There’s 1000 mg in two capsules and they are small and easy to swollen. I highly recommend them and will continue to buy it myself.

Great value for the price! I do not like large horse pills- these capsules are not big, clean, no smell or taste and the quality is perfect! I put it on subscribe and save:)

I've only used this two days, so too soon to tell, but I believe this is a great product according to so many reviews.

The C is good and works well. The bottle cap however is flimsy and breaks easily spilling the contents. A regular screw cap would be an improvement. Natural C supplements are best but then these would be my next choice.
