It’s truly hard to say anything bad, the fabric comes with Velcro stickers to attach to the wall. Truly impossible to struggle installing. Scissors and a measure to enable you to cut to fit to your size. I used when first moving in and couldn’t decide on the colour of my room so needed a temporary solution. It’s a small price to pay for something you can use time and time again. Would be great to take on holiday to if you suffer with light in rooms .

Does its job. The Velcro it came with was that sticky it ripped the paint off the wall. Strangely the material smells of fish which still to this day (4 months after buying) still smells of fish. Loads of material to fit the window though. Recommend it if you’re ok with the funny smell but I’d recommend getting some other Velcro to stick it to the wall with as the ones provided actually ripped the paint off my wall … Landlord won’t be happy 😬

This product is brilliant and easy to install and you can cut it to fit it in the window. It makes the bedroom very dark which is good and my oldest said of we ever went to war and needed to blackout the windows he said to use these.The velcro patches stick to the window frame and fabric brilliantly. Definitely worth what I paid for it.

Works well. Easy to cut and totally blacks the light out. Only thing I’m not sure of yet, is, I fit it really tight, right up against the inner wall, so to pull it off you sort of need to grab a bit and peel and it started to peel the sticky back adhesive before the velcro but they haven’t been stuck long. So hopefully they stick a bit stronger, if not I’ll just have to make sure I peel the velcrow tabs rather than just grabbing and pulling the fabric. Cheap solution for a quick put up and pulling down black out.

Not a great product, did not stick to the windows properly. So every morning they had fallen down in my daughter’s room.I had to add extra sellotape to the blinds to make them stick around all angles.Not great value for money wouldn’t recommend.

Very flimsy material. Doesn't cut extremely well. Stickers do not stick to every surface.To be honest, it was a waste of my money in the end.

This item is absolutely incredible. I wish I’d found it earlier! I’ve spent 4+ years using many other methods and blinds (didn’t do the job well enough. I have to say I’m a very fussy customer when it comes to blacking out my sons room but this is absolutely WONDERFUL! What I am so impressed with is the heat reducing function, this is so impressive. I can’t believe it works this well for such little money. Incredible value. Amazing.

It's absolutely great for blocking out the sun; I needed it for the bedroom so my daughter can still tell when it's bed time. Installation was quite easy too. I just counted the stick on strips, added to corners then spaced them out between evenly and it's stuck on great. I need to trim a little off but that can wait.I do have a question though ... Is it meant to feel really hot to touch? I've got the silver side facing outwards and the black on the inside of the bedroom which seems right to me. But I can feel the heat pulsating off it so I felt it and it's boiling hot. Is that safe? Will my window crack or break?
