I am not a gamer. My computing is CAD, number crunching, spreadsheets, coding, WP and the usual browsing / You Tube: quite heavy business use many hours every day. It was to replace my old 6 year old Dell Intel i3 desktop, heavy and clunky by today's standards and not upgradeable from Windows 10. Now I have a much smaller footprint, lower power (easily less than half of the Dell) and actually faster processing. Unlike an earlier similar item which I had to return and get a refund, the drivers and BIOS setup on this one are all fine. Good added value comes from the Windows 11 Pro OS. Lots of online information is available but some difficult to find as it has recently transitioned from Intel to Asus so you need to invesitagte both. Although it has 2 HDMI connectors, I use the Thunderbolt to drive a docking unit which gives me 2 DP connectors for my 2 even older Dell monitors which do not have HDMI. I installed my existing SATA SSD very carefully as the cable can easily be damaged. I replaced the existing 16 GB RAM with 32 GB, no problems. I could not select 32 GB on the advertisement without being forced to select the i7 version plus a big markup. The fan switches on occasionally but is very quiet. Even though it is small and low power, the heat is concentrated in a small volume so I will be cleaning the cooling ducts regularly.There are certainly cheaper, similar but non-Intel computers available, but this is my first small format desktop device so I probably paid more than I needed to.

NUC12WSHi5 - 16 GB + 512 GB SSD. , Wall Street Canyon. Replaced old early i5 similar Intel mini pc unit. Unit slightly bigger but has room for expansion/upgrade, unlike old unit. Components were as described in the specification on Amazon website , 512 GB SSD PCIe , 16 GB DDR4. Good looking little unit too. Pretty quiet, have to put ear to it to notice the fan. No problems so far, runs Win 11 pretty slick. Installed Office and all seems very smooth and quick. Not tested for any games performance though. Great little box.

bought the product 18 months ago and the computer has been running without any issues. had some issues with the WIN11 key at purchase but the customer service were very helpful and it is most appreciated, thank you

Bought this to replace a self built desktop that had a ryzen 5 3400 cpu, 16gb ram & SSD storage.This comfortably does all the tasks I need - mainly office work but with multiple open programs. I do not game so cannot comment on this performance. I can say that the fan is literally silent - I have my ear to the unit and cannot hear anything. I have added a 1TB SSD sata 2.5in drive from my old PC and may also add a M.2 sata drive later if required. The unit seems solidly built, upgrading RAM and storage should be no problem for any technophobes. My unit came with 16GB ram and 256GB M.2 NVME. The main reason I bought this unit was to free up desk space and for a bit of a change. So far it has exceeded my expectations and is probably overkill for what I need, but it's better to have it and not need it than not having it and needing it.

Compact and easy to set up.I purchased a barebones unit and added memory and a 1TB m.2 SSD.The Amazon product description explicitly stated that it included windows 11 pro. Clearly windows could not be pre-installed but I would have expected a product licence key.The package was not "as described" by Amazon!

My son reports that this was easy easy to install unobtrusively under a desk, where it runs efficiently and quietly.

Wanted to setup a Plex media server and this little PC coupled with the 6 disk Terramaster D6-320 external hard drive enclosure does a great job.Its i5-1240P is more than up to the task for transcoding video.
