I am a 45 year old mom of 2. A toddler mom a d i am class 2 obese. 196 lbs. These have really changed the game for me. I was exhausted and now I'm so energized without coffee, anxiety or scattered energy. Just energy all day. Fuller faster and less cravings and snacking. I think one dose of 600mg a day is good for me because it can build up the system. I have only had one day of tummy upset and a cup of tea fixed it. But that could have also been from two other things. Other than that, no side effects.

I used this for my fat around my belly (apron belly). They’re easy to swallow, nothing really changed for me I didn’t lose any weight and my energy level stayed the same. However, I did notice a difference around my abdomen. So not sure if it did help or not but it did shrink. I would advise to use a girdle, and use skin tightening lotion.
