Mirage
It has good paint and details, although it was somewhat difficult for me to transform, it is still a good figure.

Decent while still having flaws
SS Mirage has been one of my most anticipated releases ever since he got revealed and having him now in hand, it’s rough but not in ways you would thinkI been having him for a few days now and been messing around with him to have a solid opinion about him and I will say, he looks so much better than what the product images make him out to be, there’s a lot of stuff which looks so pleasing to the eye especially when you see him from a far, but that being said, being much closer to him, it’s a shaky boat. For starters his pose ability is limited to how they managed the kibble around his legs and especially his back pack that collides with the door panels every time you move his legs especially the way the wheels are placed, you have to move em around to even bend the knee. But I will say despite those flaws he’s still really fun to get him into a pose. The rest of the figure is a really good attempt on making a pleasing figure for someone who had 0 car kibble present in the movie. Transformation is really intuitive and complex which ends up turning into a fun transformation once you get the hang of it.One major gripe and problem that I have with this figure though is not the kibble, is the fact that they used clear plastic in areas and tabs that make me scared to even transform him once, it feels durable but it still hurts when I hear the pop especially transforming the whole roof assembly to the rear fenders and spoiler area. Now overall I would say he’s a high 3/5 and low ish 4/5 there’s still some problems that I wish they could deal with better but when you get a licensed alt I guess there has to be a lot of compromises. I would recommend him with a grain of salt since I would only recommend him if you are ok with the kibble problems, and are aware of the clear plastic or even for completion sake

“Relax, I’m Mirage, ’member?”
“WOOOOH MAN, THAT FELT GOOD! GET SOME OIL PUMPIN, YKNOW?” Amazing figure! Though, there’s quite a bit of kibble. Exceptional detail on the head sculpt, vehicle mode is painted with amazing metallic blue and metallic silver. transforms into an officially licensed Porsche. Definitely worth it.

Poor Quality
Very difficult to transform from Bot to car. Plastic. Instructions are difficult to follow. Would not recommend.

Mirage
Mirage definitely needed more time in the oven. His robot mode is accurate enough but it leaves a lot to be desired. The first major problem is that his poseability is very limited by the car kibble, especially on his legs, making anything but basic pose tedious to do.Transforming him can be a bit nerve-wrecking and annoying due to the abundance of clear plastic on his back and forearms; it’s a question of when, not if, it’s going to break. The vehicle mode is where Mirage really shines. It's obvious that Hasbro focused on delivering an authentic representation of the Porsche, and it is covered from front to back with metallic silver and blue paint. He also comes with his blaster, which just plugs into his hand in robot mode and can be stored in between his legs in vehicle mode.Overall, Mirage is a heavily compromised figure. The robot mode is a prime example of compromise, he isn’t fun to pose, and the transformation is stressful and annoying because of the clear plastic. The best aspect of the figure is its licensed Porsche vehicle mode.Grade: D+
