This may just be the only toaster that I've ever had that consistently toast both sides of my bread evenly every time. It works great, but you have to be careful moving it around or you accidentally change you setting to something like a bagel, and it only toast one side, or you accidentally set it to a darker setting than you want. I guess my chief complaint is that you cannot just adjust the timing of your toaster by 10 or 30 seconds or a minute at a time.Still, with those minor issues, I would recommend this toaster. 👍

I absolutely cannot stand this toaster. Every single time I have tried to make toast, it burns and sets my fire alarm off. The setting that looks like what I want my toast to look like does this every single time. The setting below it barely toasts it at all and if I even try to just pop it in for 15 more seconds, it burns it and sets my fire alarm off. I have even stood there ready to cancel it if it seems like it is going to burn and I can't. It has gotten to the point where I just avoid making toast. I wish I could return it but since I tried using it more than once (thinking it may be user error), I didn't think I could. So this thing will be going in the trash can, and I'll be going back to using a regular, plain, non-fancy toaster that I never had problems with before I decided to give a "nicer" toaster a try.
