The author, Debby Schriver does an excellent job telling the individual stories of Lady Vol Athletes...& History for the last 3 decades. The book is extremely moving...you will read about how far women athletics have come...and the trials along the way.

Under-reported in general media, Schriver does a wonderful job lacing together the genesis and proliferation of Tennessee's legendary Lady Vols programs, especially the unsurpassed basketball program of Pat Summit.
