Q: Is this safe and effective for getting rid of fleas on cat trees (towers) and sisal scratching posts?

many of the essential oils that are used in this product are toxic to cats please check the oil before you try to use it on their cat tree. yiu can kill your cats. this stuff kill spiders roaches and crickets. i would not use it near cats or dogs. Here is a facts and a list for you if toxic essential oils for cats. "Essential oils that are known to cause poisoning in cats include oil of wintergreen, oil of sweet birch, citrus oil (d-limonene), pine oils, Ylang Ylang oil, peppermint oil, cinnamon oil, pennyroyal oil, clove oil, eucalyptus oil, and tea tree oil. Symptoms that develop depend on the type of oil involved in the exposure and can include drooling, vomiting, tremors, ataxia (wobbliness), respiratory distress, low heart rate, low body temperature, and liver failure."

Q: Peppermint lemongrass cedar or Rosemary which one works best and how long will it work for?

All 4 fragrances of Indoor Pest Control are equally effective. Fresh Lemongrass and Fresh Peppermint have a bright, uplifting scent to them while Fresh Cedar and Fresh Rosemary have a calm, relaxing scent to them. Generally, we recommend application every 2-3 days for maintenance but it can be used as needed based on local pest pressure.

Q: Is this safe to spray on bedding and pillows?

I use the lemon grass and personally I do not like the smell that much and it gives me a funny taste in my mouth. I would never use it on bedding or pillows. I use it in my basement and in our outdoor kind of space to kill spider crickets. I would think of this as a pesticide but a natural one anywhere Not put a pesticide I would not use this. The company might say it's safe and it probably is but it is strong smelling even the best smell is strong smelling.

Q: Does this work on chiggers or scabies that might be in upholstery.? Please address both species

Yes, the Indoor Pest Control spray will kill scabies mites and chiggers by-contact and is safe to apply on furniture, upholstery, etc. Remember to do a small test spray on delicate fabrics.
