Q: Does the wireless cat ear headset work for ps4？

Yeah, It works great with mine.

Q: Is anyone having issues for the aux into controller? As soon as I plug mine is it turns off and won’t turn on…

AUX only gives the most basic functions. It wont light up or let you change sound settings, but you should get audio and an open mic

Q: How do i change the color of the rgb lights on my headset? holding the light key for 2 seconds is not working on my headset

It's a little finicky. It's not like a normal touch screen, there's actually a thin metal button underneath that you're pushing. So it's not just gently touching it it's actually applying some light pressure.

Q: Is it possible to get a replacement usb dongle? is so, how? thanks
