Initially I purchased these for keeping samples inside of perfumes, lotions, etc. It spilled EVERYWHERE. they definitely don't seal well enough. BUT I got this glitter and hair gel, I'll be keeping them upright in a container. The stickers that came with the jars were easy to write on with pencil.
