The Toothbrush was received on the 1st of July. On trying to charge it 0n my USB on my Computer the battery would not accept any charge so making it unusable.I am trying to return it for a refund but am finding this difficult.

Disgusting
Worked for the first three weeks, then it stopped working it charges. The indicator light says it’s on, but it just won’t go. As I’m unable to return it, I’m disgusted.
