Nice home automation item
They work well as described. I use it for on/off control and dimming for my outside lights. Connects well to your smartphone for manual control or automation.

I would give 10 stars if possible
These are amazing! Literally any feature you could ever want are already included. This smart dimmer is really geared for makers and tinkerers and is obviously set up for being integrated into projects and other devices. I have it set up to control and dim a string of 10 LED under cabinet lights in my kitchen. It even has switch inputs that are completely configurable so you can retain physical controls. Their website even has Arduino integration tutorials! I love that it automatically calibrates the 0-100 brightness settings so you have a full usable range. It also tracks power usage! You can even have it ping webhooks! I had this set up and integrated with Google Home in minutes. Absolutely the best home automation purchase I've made in years of not ever.

Excellent dimmer!!!
These are extremely small, simple wiring, easy setup, and they just works. I highly recommend these. I just eliminated 3 dimmers in my kitchen with these relays. Instead of using switches we decided to use a tablet running home assistant to control our lights. I am new to Shelly products but so far so good 5x dimmers2 4x Plus1 1x H&T G3 1x 2pm and all have been plug play super simple to connect setup and use. Thanks Shelly!!!!

Great Smart Dimmers… If You’re an Electrician at Heart
Let me start by saying I LOVE these dimmers. They work flawlessly once installed—smooth dimming, seamless integration with Alexa and Home assistant, and no neutral wire required (a lifesaver for older homes). They’ve turned my basic light switches into one of the best parts of my house. Now my porch lights turn on when my cameras are triggered, and when I am close to home, but stay off the rest of the time, helping to reduce light pollution in my area. But here’s the catch: installing these bad boys with the included diagrams was like solving an escape room designed by an electrician with a sense of humor. The instructions were just clear enough to give me hope and just confusing enough to make me question my life choices. I had to YouTube my way through it, and even then, there were moments I considered calling a professional, and I did have to call my father in law. Now that they're installed? They’re amazing. The dimming is smooth, the app is intuitive, and the lack of a hub is a huge plus. These switches deserve 5 stars for performance, but they lose a star for not being DIY-friendly. Pro tip: If you’ve never wired anything before, maybe watch a few installation videos before you buy—or make friends with an electrician. Bottom line: If you can figure out the installation process (or survive it), these dimmers will change your lighting game.

Game changer.
We had a smart microwave that the light would automatically turn on at night and when we go rid of it and put in just a hood over our stove my wife wanted the light to come on automatically. This product worked beautifully. The wiring took a little bit of Google electrician to get right since it can be wired a few different ways and to make the switch still functional. Also it will set a passcode by default and it is hard to find what the default code is on the instructions but it is there. 0000 if you need. After it was done it performs great band does exactly what I need. Make a switch that cannot be smart smart controlled.

Not ready for prime time Apple
For this to work with Apple homekit they say it requires matterbridge or similar. I spent a month with it, programmed it various ways. In the end, it doesn’t respond to voice via Siri using commands “on” or “off”. It only responds to percentages of power via voice. If you are using it building it with the Shelly app, you could ass another star or two. The unit is well built. Its also works fine with Alexa. Just don’t bother with an Apple run home. Wait till they make it Naitive to Home to use it.

Work great with a neutral line. Without neutral they burn up.
I bough a bunch of these to use in closets and bedrooms and hallways to add Wi-Fi control from Google Assistant and Home Assistant. the installs I did with a neutral line have been awesome with no issues. i was able to bridge the 2 parts of my hallway so that a switch on one side turns them all on and not just half. then i used the Leviton 5657-2W rocker, center off, to allow me to turn the lights on and off as well as dim. that all works great as advertised. The issue came from 2 of my bedrooms. the location with the switches doesn't have neutrals and so far I have burned up 3 of them. they would have a hard time connecting to WIFI but i could connect via Bluetooth. then they worked for a while. well this last one worked for about 6 months and then died this last weekend. when i opened up the switch you could smell it had burnt. I went and checked the others that had neutrals and they all seem fine only the ones without neutrals burned up. So its an awesome dimmer if you have a neutral but avoid if you don't.
