After watching a Daniel Cooper video, I invested in the mixer and the mixer stand...how I wish I'd done this sooner. I can now pour my resin measurements in, set up my mixer, set the timer on my phone, and walk away!! I usually do 2 minutes at the bottom level and 2 minutes at the highest level possible for the amount of resin in the cup. I have used up to a depth of 420ml in a plastic measuring cup. II had worried that a mixer would introduce bubbles...if anything there are far less than when I have done it manually previously. Also, I am starting to get arthritis in my hand, so this is just wonderful. I have been known to mix batches of resin that amount to over 2.5ltrs at a time, so doing that in 5 or 6 lots took a massive toll on my hand. Now I just flick the switch and my hand is not affected. It even gives me time to work out layouts or do other jobs. If I had one tiny, tiny wish...I would ask that the holder went a little bit higher, but believe me, it is worth it's weight in gold!

I got this as when mixing resin my wrists were hurting so I got this and wow it’s easy to use no effort at all mixes really well and quick would recommend this to anyone

The media could not be loaded. Unsteady rotation + cheap material.It’s useable but definitely not good.

This mixer is really slow. I only used it twice for my Jesmonite mixture and then it started to malfunction. It would turn on by itself when it wasn’t in use or even switched on! Total waste of money.

What this to help with resin work and to help mix to component resinIt is the perfect speed not to get too many bubbles are air in your resin is easy to use and has a good battery lifeThe plastic is good quality, not cheap at all. Would highly recommend.

At first i wasn't impressed with the action of the mixer but then i came to realize you don't want it to mix the epoxy fast and put air into it, you want a relatively slow steady speed. because of this i rate it highThe paddles are easy to clean with a rag or alcohol.This is not an Industrial Mixer

it works very well for mixing the epoxy and is easy to peel off once dry. I can see other uses for it in case you're not a crafter. Kitchen tool easy to clean because the paddle comes off. Kitchen uses mixing sauces, eggs, Nesquik and milk and portable for preppers and campers easy to pack cool gadget with multiple uses. You can mix paints; I am not sure it would withstand heat I have not tried that so proceed with caution.

I know there are various opinions about the best way to mix acrylic epoxy but, as a beginner, I’m very pleased with how this works.I have a small collection of very clear, bubble free practice pieces and am in the process of creating a larger one that, so far, is also bubble free.This mixer is easy to use and clean. It’s compact, so it fits easily into a utility drawer without taking up too much space.If it ever breaks down in the future, I’ll happily buy the same one from this vendor again.Overall, I give it 5 stars.
