I had an issue where the stitching was coming out on one of the covers. I reached out to the manufacture to see what it would cost to replace, and they sent me a replacement completely free of charge for something that was out of warranty. The company was great and easy to work with and I will be a customer for life.

Very nice - directions a little lacking. Took more than 1 person to put together.

I have owned a few pop up canopies and this canopy was difficult to setup. The quality of the metal was subpar and began to bend after the first time erected. I would return if possible.

Easy to put up and take down

Not only is it beautiful it is super easy to pop up

It is actually easy to install and pop-up and everything. The problem is the canvas for the top is very flimsy & very thin and doesn’t even last a full season before dry, rot and rips.

We put it up couple days after we got just to see how difficult it was to do, once we figured it out it was easy and good looking. The only so call complaint I have with and all companies have the same problem is that the steaks that hold it down aren’t strong or long enough to do the job right, but over all a great product
