i used this on a 2-week trip to transfer photos from my camera to my phone, and it worked generally well. a few times i had to fuss with it, but mostly it worked fine. i found it would overheat if i transferred a lot of video, but eventually got the job done by letting it cool down. it's ultra compact and convenient otherwise, and i'm very happy with the purchase, it's definitely a permanent part of my travel pack now.

Works great on the camera

Bought this adapter to transfer photos off our iPhones onto a flash drive easily. HOWEVER, when we received it, it just didn’t work. All three iPhones (as well as an iPad) couldn’t read this device in the folder app as the instructions said.Sadly this was needed for something that was time sensitive. Wished I bought the Apple version instead. We would have saved a lot of time.Honestly this appears to be junk. Returned. Will be buying the expensive Apple version.

I wanted to continue to use an older unique usb connection that Nikon D850 uses. This fast USB 3.0 connector in bright blue brings new life to the cable and I am pleased with the simple solution that allows me to continue to use iPhone apps to supplement my Nikon camera's features. Simple, easy-to-find color in the mess that is my cable/connectors bag.

I’ve collected dozens of USB flash drives over the years and am constantly trying to figure out a way to organize them. This handy little device enables me to check contents from my armchair and iPad without having to go to the office and fire up the computer. A quick screenshot of the drive contents is placed in a folder, easily accessible on all my iOS devices.
