Great little starter kit which my 11 year old daughter loves. Good quality for the price a lovely starter set that I would recommend to get you going.

Good quality Podcast Equipment Bundle from Xisono made from good materials. I got this as I wanted to try streaming on my Mac, I have been using it for three months so have given it a good try. I will say now I am no sound engineer or know much about this kind of setup I am a complete beginner.. This works and works very well BUT it depends on what you will be using it on, on my iPhone I had no issues but I did need a 3.5 to lightening adapter which I already had apart from that it worked straight out of the box. On my Mac this took more work I was getting a hissing sound on the stream/recordings I managed to get it down to a minimum but if you listen very carefully you can just about hear it. Has four voice changing effects which are fun to use the baby voice is the clear winner for me. Twelve sound effects which are good and add a bit of fun to the stream these are all nice touches. You can connect two microphones and two devices at the same time which I like a lot and I did find this very useful. Overall I am happy with the bundle and feel it is a reasonable price would I recommend it ? Well that depends, if you are a complete beginner and still not sure if you will like streaming, podcasting etc then this is a great starter bundle so yes but as you get better/more confidence you will want to replace it. If you have a bit of experience already I would say No you would be better off looking for another bundle/kit.

Works as advertised

Good for the price, but I'd prefer fewer parts in exchange for increased quality. The mic is useable, and the pop shield and stand do the job. The interface itself is well designed and tactile. I could do without the sound effects—can't imagine anyone using them. The voice effects are actually really good, including an amazing kareoke mode that pitch corrects your singing voice. Absolutely useless instructions. It's hard to know who this is for. Maybe if you're playing with the idea of podcasting and want to experiment. But if you're podcasting for real, you might want better quality individual parts.

The first thing I liked about this product is that it was so easy to assemble even though it did lack a set of decent instructions. The microphone is quite responsive and easily picks up one's voice. However, what I like best about this Podcast set up is the that it has great sound effects built into the mixer. The sound effects include "Applause, Giggle, Laughter and "Awesome" of which those four mentioned are likely to be the most commonly used. Additionally, there is also a "Voice Change" button so one can disguise one's real voice if one wants. The console is USB powered so this can be plugged into the mains using a phone charger / adapter or plugged directly into a laptop / PC or even a power bank so this product can easily be used anywhere in the world and at any time. As long as one has access to a USB Port that is powered up then this product can be used for live broadcasting and / or recording a broadcast. Basically, one can be at a festival or any event and record one's broadcast before uploading it later. The boom is strong and can clip onto desks worktops or even onto the top of large monitors. Apart from this being a great stand alone product it will go very well with a good camera or even a good Smart phone. There are clamps that one can buy for holding Smart Phones and / or cameras so one can easily upgrade this product from a Podcast set up to a Vlogging studio by simply adding a cam. Even a webcam will work with this but I would advise that one uses a decent webcam that is at least full HD, preferably 4K, otherwise the cam will let this product down. overall, this product does impress me and is so easy to set up and use. It can be used anywhere, it is of good quality and is good value so I am recommending it.

Either the mic is bust or the mic cable is bust, either way, it doesn't do what it's supposed to and completely useless to me!
