Asics Men's Gel-Venture 9 Running Shoes

I love these shoes! Great comfort, value, and style. I wear them every day and do my best to take care of them so they last as long as they can. Once I need a new pair, I'll be ordering the same shoe. Asics brand are the most comfortable shoe for me. Go ahead, get a pair. Tell me I'm wrong. I triple dog dare you!

I ordered these from Zappos when my order from Outdoor Equipped kept getting delayed.I received the order from Zappos quickly and am really satisfied with the shoes. This is the sixth or seventh pair of Gel Nimbus 9s that I have owned and I find the latest ones to be just a comfortable and well made as all of the previous pairs.The shoe is comfortable and fits well, the sizing is exactly as expected. I wear 11.5 US size and these fit as well as the ones that I just retired.

Excellent upgrade from the Gel 5 ASICS that I've been purchasing for years. HOWEVER... As noted by some other buyers... the sizing now seems to run a half-size small. I've been wearing ASICS size "11" forever, but this. time, I needed "11.5" (eleven and a half). I don't think my feet have grown (lol), so be prepared to possibly need to a half-size larger. Other than that - Two Thumbs Up - they feel great!!!

Soles are constructed for hiking. A little stiff for every day wear.

I've owned numerous pair of Asics running shoes. These are the worst. Very poor design for the front. Look elsewhere and you'll be glad you did. Others I bought them for as gifts experienced the same issue.

This is the most comfortable shoe along the top and sides of my foot that I've owned. The Gel Nimbus is the most comfortable on the bottom of my foot area but they started making those shoes with soft rubber that doesn't last long so I stopped buying them. I bought Copper insoles at CVS and stick them inside all my shoes and boots; It's my favorite insole with thick dense rubber for heavy impact and comfort. I like these shoes especially how they feel around the top and sides of my foot; Never had a shoe that felt that comfortable around the top and sides of my foot [These do].
