Bright, waterproof upgrade — just check fit before install
This Partsam LED license plate light is a solid, budget-friendly upgrade to the dull stock tag light on my truck. The LEDs are noticeably brighter than the original light, making the plate much easier to see at night, and the housing is fully sealed and waterproof, so I didn’t have to worry about moisture from rain or car washes getting inside. Installation was pretty simple — just the two wires and a bracket mount. The built-in drainage hole is a thoughtful touch to help reduce standing water. Things to know before you buy: It’s a universal fit, so measure your mounting area first — a few buyers online note that the bracket spacing may not match every vehicle perfectly without minor adjustments. While Partsam touts it as waterproof, like most 12 V LED license plate lights it’s rated for splash and rain exposure, not full submersion. Good for trailers, trucks, RVs, and UTVs, but don’t expect marine-level waterproofing if it’s underwater. Overall, these lights look good, work well, and are much brighter than stock. Just double-check fit before you install, and you’ll be happy with the upgrade

Pre-drilled mount holes, 2 wire system + - , heavy enough for the job. Can't build it any cheaper and it's plug and play.

Installed, looks good, but poorly made. The mounting holes are crooked and slanted, not level. I redid everything, and it's good now. Maybe I got this particular example... I can't speak for the others.
