When I got these orthotic insoles, I was quite skeptical. They're hard and thin. I expected them to be quite uncomfortable, but they're pretty good. I still think they could do with a little bit of cushion, but they don't make my feet hurt, like I thought they would. They could be improved a little, and I think they're over-priced, but I still recommend them.

I’ve been looking for a sole that had some decent arch support and these are fantastic for that. I feel like it fits the exact curve of my foot.

It is very rigid and hurts too much to use.

Really good support for my feet, I can definitely tell the difference when walking or standing with the insert supports.

Sole was specifically recommended by a foot & ankle specialist M.D. years ago. I bought some that day and have been using them ever since. The old ones do wear out after a number of years of use so I needed to buy these again.
