I love this steamer!As a fairly recent convert to clothes steamers, I have been raving about how easy it is to keep shirts, suits and trousers wrinkle-free and to 'clean' otherwise dry-clean-only items.I travel a lot with work, so I wondered about a travel steamer to just get the suitcase creases out of my clothes when I get to my hotels.This is excellent. Fantastic portability and size for travel.It works really well and generates a good amount of steam.The heat-up time is amazing (20 seconds).I had hoped that the voltage would be detected and switched automatically, but a manual switch is still better than nothing - I don't travel to 110V countries very often.Great value for money

It worked perfectly for a year and three months, but then it stopped working. It no longer heats up, and it's leaking water.

After receiving this steamer last week I used it for the first time this evening. I have had 4-5 steamers over the last 20 years or so and this one is by far the worst!! I have just tried steaming some brand new clothes and it has dragged the fibres so badly that the clothes look like I have been wearing them for years!!! They are brand new and still have the creases in from the folds despite being steamed which I thought was the object of the product?!???!!The brush is way too harsh, you can’t “pause” while you get another item of clothing, it’s mains on/off only. I thought it was portable/travel friendly but apparently only in the UK and not recommend (in the small print) for use outside the UK.Very disappointed with this product and will be looking to return!! Don’t purchase way better steamers on the market for much less money

Effective unit purchased for holiday use to remove any creases on taking clothes on arrival from vacuum packed bags. Found it very useful to remove creases from linen items allowing these to be worn on more than one day. Unit is a little heavier and larger than expected. The cable length is good. Going to be able to take less clothing on future holidays! Steaming could be done alone but much easier if someone else available to hold the garment on a hanger.
