As an athlete this is the best investment I've made. The insoles are super comfortable and make any type of shoe fell locked onto your foot. They make me feel extremely explosive and balanced when running. Running is also x10 more effortless. If you’re an athlete who wants to perform better and take it to the next level i 100% recommend these insoles.

Bought for golf, only used a few times, not really noticed any gains in distance but definitely felt not as tired and feet not so sore after use

Lots is written about this product but some aspects are over egged to make it sound better. For the price you expect it to be all singing and dancing. The fit is all for you to decide what is right and cut it in shape for your own comfort but you would lose any guarantee and not really value for the money if you are having to do the work. For the price you want a ready made effective product. The material is good and solid and you can see it is durable but the comfort isn't there as it is quite hard on the feet

I've been hopping for a few months now and been trying to increase my vertical which has had quite a big impact on my knees. However these inosoles have helped quite a lot with my knees so for that reason they get a 4*. I'm not rating a 5 because I personally don't feel as if they have greatly impacted my vertical. The price is also way too much but yeah.

This is all my 17 year old wanted for Christmas. He plays volleyball and cant wait to get out on the court and put these to use. He says they are comfortable, perfect fit (size 13 mens) and the quality is unmatched. They are perfect thickness to be able to remove the inside soles of his volleyball shoes and slide right in. They do not smell (so far) but he will be keeped good care of them. He has flat feet normally and says that he feels supported in is arch more than he has every felt. You get what you pay for and the quality and function of these is money well spent. 10/10!!!
