Bridgedale Crew Socks

These socks feel very nice on your feet, I wear them in my boots. Being on my feet all day is ok, for that they need a bit more cushion(they are a thinner sock) but they work well for most of the day. They keep you dry and feeling great in what you are wearing.

The socks shrink significantly after a couple of washings. It's the price that should shrink for what you get. I wouldn't recommend. I can find much better bamboo socks at Clarks.

Most world-class products have dozens of reviews, with 90 percent 5 stars. Bridgedale has very few reviews--so few that I waited sometime to try them. I am not diabetic but I very much dislike socks that are so tight they restrict circulation and leave marks on my ankles. I also dislike socks that fit at first and then get too tight after washing. Finally, I dislike socks that do not last very long. Bridgedale is a strong, perfectly-formed sock that does not lose its shape or character after numerous washes. It also uses bamboo--a renewable (and green) resource. My only complaint is that the sock is 40/60 renewable/nonrenewable when it should be at least the other way around (60 percent renewable). On the other hand, the socks last long enough to be "green" regardless. Wear these with Chaco sandals and you will experience the ultimate in walking comfort (you can, of course, run in them, too). I have done a lot of walking in my life. I now only walk in Bridgedale.

Way overpriced. I think this company is capitalizing on our military involvement. Bi-Mart carries some very comparable socks at 1/3 the price

I discovered this brand of socks while living in the UK. They are great! I used to buy cotton tube socks and get blisters all the time. I started experimenting with running socks from brands like Adidas and Nike but I felt the quality was sub par as they easily got worn out or shredded after a wash or two. Finally I got a few pairs of Bridgedales and I couldn't have been more pleased. They are durable, comfortable, and absolutely worth the extra money!

Purchased a few pair of Bridgedale Crew Socks for my husband, and he really likes them. He said they are warmer than most socks and more comfortable as well. So these are the only socks he wears now, and no more complaints about cold feet, or uncomfortable socks...yeah!!!

I loved these so much my girlfriend stole them.Which sucks because I really like comfy stuff that has labels on it.Here and there labels look designer and that makes me feel like a styling winner.At least it wasn't a pricey sweater or my car.

A relatively thick sock, but very comfortable. I have been told that this sock is durable, but will update my review after I further wear them cause I've had it for only about a month.
