Great product that really delivers!
I have been eliminating processed foods from my diet and have pretty much stopped eating processed foods altogether. However, when I stopped eating processed food I noticed that I was getting light headed and occasionally dizzy, especially at the gym, that I couldn't get my BP up while doing intensive cardio and that my BP was all over the place during the day. My doctor suggested that I needed to increase my sodium because I wasn't getting all the sodium from processed foods anymore so I began searching for the best options for me. I tried a number of things, from pedialyte to salting my food more to finally trying various sodium / electrolyte products. Everything I tried helped a little but wasn't enough. A friend mentioned how LMNT had significantly helped her so I decided to give it a try. The science behind their formula makes sense and fit with what I was learning about required sodium levels and electrolytes. Yes, it's a little pricey, but out of all of the products I tried LMNT is the only one that got rid of all the symptoms I was having - the light headedness went away, I am now able to get my BP into the upper ranges again when doing intensive cardio and my BP has settled back to its normal 120/80 instead of having huge swings all over the place. I also just feel better. I first tried the package with the 4 assorted flavors and they all tasted surprisingly good, a little salty but not horribly salty. I fill my water bottle up anywhere from 24 to 32 ounces to get the level of flavor and salt that I like and I make sure I drink at least half of it before I head to the gym. Unfortunately the Stevia in the flavored ones upset my stomach so I switched to the unflavored. I'm kinda bummed about that because they have some really tasty sounding flavors that I wanted to try. Anyway, the unflavored is definitely salty but I still have some packets of a sodium powder from another manufacturer that has sugar in it (it didn't work nearly as well as the LMNT and ended up being more sugar than sodium) so I sprinkle a little of that in with the unflavored LMNT until I get the flavor I like. I do one packet of LMNT a day and increase to 1 1/2 packets on my gym days and that seems to be the best balance for me so far. Overall, the LMNT product gave me significantly better results than the other products I tried. I also feel more comfortable with this product because they carefully explain the science behind their formula so I don't feel like I'm getting random levels of sodium and electrolytes like I did with the other products I tried. It is a little pricey compared to the other sodium powders on the market but the LMNT is a superior product, IMHO. And, the company puts their formula on their website so you can make your own at home if you'd rather go that route. If you are athletic or work outside and sweat alot or just feel a little "off" you might want to try the small sample size with the four flavors. You might be pleasantly surprised!

Raw unflavored doesn't taste as salty as you may think.
I use this while rotating between weekly three-day fasts and ketosis. I found out the hard way that I do not get nearly enough electrolytes on my four weekly keto days. The raw, unflavored tastes amazingly fine. That says a lot because I hate the taste of salt. I have an aversion to it, which is probably another reason why I fell into critical hyponatremia, but I suppose the magnesium and potassium offset the harshness of the sodium chloride somehow. I even put this in the minimum 16 oz of water. I used zero calorie Gatorade to actually come out of the hyponatremia, and it worked. That's all my sisters could find rushing out to the grocery store. I'm not knocking Gatorade. It may have saved my life, but it has very little electrolytes compared to this product. I'm still not completely out of the woods, but when I drank my first LMNT pack last night? I could tell my clarity and energy increased significantly. I should also add that when I ran out of my Gatorade, I started sprinkling Himalayan salt in water as a temporary substitute. Gross. Extremely salty and actually made me feel worse, probably due to the mineral imbalance (98% NaCl). Even the Gatorade left a salty taste in my mouth while having much less electrolytes.

Clean, powerful hydration—My go-to for workouts and headaches!
The Ingredients: I love that this formula is packed with a serious amount of electrolytes, especially the magnesium, which makes a noticeable difference in my recovery. While all the flavors I've tried taste great, I’ve recently leaned toward the unflavored/natural option to keep the ingredient list as clean as possible. Versatility & Performance: Workout Essential: These are perfect for exercise. They keep me hydrated and prevent that "washed out" feeling after a heavy sweat. The Headache Hack: I've found a great alternative use for these—if I feel a headache coming on, I'll mix a packet with a little less water than usual to make it more concentrated. It usually clears things right up. No-Clump Mixing: Whether I'm shaking it in a bottle or just stirring it in a glass, it mixes incredibly well without leaving a gritty residue at the bottom. Convenience: The single-serve packets are a lifesaver. I always keep a few in my gym bag and a small stash in the car so I’m never without them when I'm on the go. Final Verdict: 5 Stars. It’s a premium electrolyte that actually delivers on its promises. No sugar, high salt, and great results.

I love this stuff! Just dilute it to the right ratio...
When diluting the Unflavored LMNT electrolyte packet to the right ratio -- for me it's 20 oz. of water -- it ends up tasting perfect! Like a lemony sea water broth. I love it! If you don't dilute it enough, it tastes too salty (yuck!) so be thoughtful about how much water you use and enjoy it like I do. Too much water, by the way, makes it taste too weak for my palate. 20 ounces is the perfect combo for me.

From a Newbie- Flavorless but Salty Tasting!
Hello, first of all, this is the first time I have ever used any sort of electrolyte drink mix. I'm starting a Keto diet and it was recommended to get something like this to help with electrolytes while you're on the diet, so I did some research and this seemed like what I wanted. I really don't like flavored water, so I didn't want the flavored packets of this however what I did not take into consideration was how salty this would taste. Duh, I know, but I just wasn't thinking that way. I just wanted it to be "flavorless." It definitely fits. that bill, however it IS very salty tasting which is why I'M SURE most people get the flavored packets! Well, I will know for next time I guess. For reference- I use a 22 oz travel water mug to drink out of so I put one packet in there, and shook it up. It was definitely salty tasting. Not as bad as getting a mouthful of ocean water, but not too far away from that either. So I drank half of the 22oz, then refilled it back up to the top with water, and then it tasted MUCH better. At that point if I didn't already know I had put the mix in, I might not have realized. So- if you like that salty punch, use less water. But if you want to trick yourself into not knowing it's even in there, I recommend using about 32 oz of water or more. That's the only reason I gave it a 4 star rating but it's really my fault for not ordering the flavored version. ALSO- this came in one day so I was very happy about that because I wanted to start it immediately. Thanks LMNT!

Helpful inclusion for the daily wellness routine
Definitely helps with daytime morning fatigue which I never realized could be due to salt but makes a lot of sense since all of our neurons use sodium to fire. But not as effective for my cramps and I've been drinking 4-5 G of sodium a day. Also effective for lightheadedness. Would highly recommend though it can get expensive so you may want to ask your AI chat bot on how to make this at home since it could be done so for pennies. Nonetheless the portability and flavor options make it a great option that is reliable for when you need it like travel or partying or intense activity

Will buy again.
My husband mixes these in his energy gels for his long distance runs. They have been a godsend - not more cramping! I love that it comes unflavored so there are no additives. It easily blends into his homemade energy gels. He's even poured a pack into his water flask to test the taste and it was basically flavorless with a hint of salt.

Great product but don’t get unflavored
Do not get the unflavored! So I mix this with 32-40oz of water to dilute it more and the taste is just so awful. If you don’t like fruit flavors like me, you still may want to get a flavor option because wow this is so hard to swallow without flavoring. I have tried to put it in juice, even more water, and even with lemon and it’s just a no from me. It’s like a mix of super salty sewage which I was surprised by because I have tried “unflavored” from other brands and it hasn’t been this bad. I may purchase the flavored option next in a smaller pack to give it a try. I will say when I have been able to get it down, the product works great and does make me feel hydrated! It dissolves easily and has the correct dosage of nutrients so I really want to like it! Not to mention it doesn’t have all the additives that some of the more tasty options have It’s pricey too so I’m going to try to somehow finish all of my unflavored packs…
