I personally absolutely love this attachment. I use it all the time. One or two exercises a day 5 or 6 times a week. The hand grips are soft and comfortable. They can add to the resistance on any given exercise. I am happy I choose these instead of going with two ropes I would given ten stars if I could.

Really like this product for cable face pulls especially at the planet fitnesses that I go to where the rope attachment is usually taken up. Would probably work really well with tricep push Downs and maybe some other exercises but I would still need to test those out.

I’ve been using this for 2 months now in the gym on my upper body days and I love the variety it gives me. I originally purchased for triceps but I’ve started to use for shoulders and back as well and it’s definitely been a game changer for comfort and variety

Outstanding product and I get a variety of challenging triceps workouts. It's also a great spacesaver where room is not available for a cable machine. The quality of the material is also great and will likely last for quite a while.

I’ve worked out with this cable attachment for a few weeks now and this thing is a game changer! I swapped out my regular rope attachment and this thing is so much more versatile. With the 3 different positions you are able to hold it, you can easily target different muscle groups just by switching the hand hold. No need to detach and go find another attachment.It seems very durable and feels like it can take some abuse. Definitely going to be enjoying this for a long time.
