I love the fact you can stand behind the client while shampooing so you can keep a safe distance without being in clients faces. I used a plumber to install and glad I did because it took them awhile. People think the chair is comfortable- except a couple people that are short, it’s hard to reach their necks back.

Looks great but I had to take it apart and fix the drain seal and add plumber's caulk. As well the leg rest sticks a bit when trying to put down and it’s not very comfortable for 5’8”+.For all that I give it 3 stars

A little hard to put together. Let your plumber do the hookup. Comfortable all my clients love the chairs. Great quality.

This backwash was very very nice , unfortunately it was too big for my daughters area. We did return hopefully I’ll get my refund soon .

Honestly, it’s a nice wash bowl. I assembled this for my wife for her home salon so she will only be using it one day per week. Unfortunately, the bowl itself is crooked and is impossible to adjust. I tried the adjustments with no luck. There are pre-drilled holes that won’t allow you to change the position of the bowl. I sat in it at 6’ and it seems like it’s pretty comfortable. I mean, you only sit in these things for a few minutes anyway, but this thing does the job. Also, the back plate that covers the plumbing connections has a hole that is not large enough for the water lines and the drain lines and must be removed completely unless you drill a larger hole.
