Actually works for my stress fracture. It goes around 3/4 of my knee, which is not small. It stays in place and using both sides it’s a solid 20 minutes of effective cold. I got 2 because it takes a few hours in the freezer to work that well.

This is what I thought would be good for recovery after a shoulder replacement surgery. I purchased this ahead of time to test it out. Quality is good. Keeps cold for a sufficient amount of time. However, the Velcro straps are quite hard for me to fasten by myself. It’s hard to twist around to get the strap around my body and up to the shoulder. Once there it is difficult to feed the strap through the “buckle”. I haven’t had the surgery yet and am already having difficulty attaching it sufficiently to my shoulder. I plan on keeping this until (if) I find something better.

This is great for conveniently icing shoulders. No fuss, no slip-off, easy to attach.

Works well but fits awkward. I got this for my husband when he had a massive cyst removed from his shoulder socket and it ended up just laying it on his shoulder because it was to awkward to strap on.

Perfect after knee surgery. Wraps all the way around and stays in place with straps. The frozen gel is flexible and comfortable. Be sure to buy 2 so you can switch it out. It does get warm in about 20 min.

I have osteoarthritis in my knee and this knee wrap is AMAZING. You won’t be disappointed. It’s great quality and is COLD. I will be using this for my physical therapy journey for sure. Great buy and fits in the freezer.

Because it has a sleeve to put arm in, it does not slip around or fall off when wearing. I can wear it around the house no problem.

I have tendinitis and with frozen shoulder I was just putting on ice packs when I came across this. I thought I’d try. It would definitely recommend it. I like that you can secure it and just leave it on as opposed to keep moving ice packs can’t beat the price if you have any type of shoulder pain you need this.
