Where has this gem been all of my life? This was my first facial steamer purchase and I am in love with it! It is super convenient, I was tired of the ol' "hot water in a bowl, towel over my head" shenanigans so I purchased this and I don't know why I didn't do it sooner. It does take a couple of seconds for the steam to start (I thought it was broken at first) but once it does, it is amazing! I would highly recommend this item!

Omg no!! Was not happy it was broke. Didn’t work. I’m sending it back when snow cleaned up. I would like a replacement with a upgraded version you have on your website free for my inconvenience of having to go to library to print your label since my computer is being repaired. And having to drive 10 miles to post office to send it out. Val owe received it.

Broke after 3 uses will be returning bottom rubber piece didn’t stay attached very cheap piece I have bought like 3 different brands this seems to be the issue with them all

I bought this in March 2018 and it is still working perfectly! Just take care of it and use it often at least 4 times for the month to keep it and your skin going strong.

I'm very upset because I received my product looking used it was dirty it had yellow stains on it and I'm just upset because I spent my money on this and I don't even know if I want to use this on my face anymore.

The tools that came with the steamer were horrible. They look very old and rusted. So disappointed in that. But the steamer works good.
