Great knife. Cut through most meats with ease, even frozen. Great feel for the hands. My "but" is that while cutting frozen sausage, which I had done before, the blade broke when it hit the cutting board.

I was looking for a sturdy, durable, long lasting knife that I could use at my work. Ive used many different types of knives and this one is one of my favorites. The handle is really comfortable and its got a nice textured design on the blade. I believe the hole in the blade by the hilt is meant for your index finger but I hold it by the spine which takes some getting used to given the shape. It comes with a sharpener and a nice leather sheath with a snap to keep it in which I really like as well. I will be getting another knife from this company. Great quality and functionality.

This knife is more worth its' cost. I have used it every time I have BBQ'd steaks. Cuts like butter! Glad they have a sheath for it as you'll cut yourself if you do not use it.I LOVE using this!!
