These work great for bean sprouts. The sprouts were watered daily and dumped the previous days water. I kept them covered with towel until sprouts almost touched the top of cover (5-6 days). I left towel cover off for the last day to allow them to green a bit before harvesting. Cut the roots from below and wash. I refrigerate mine in a vented container for up to a week.One container is sufficient for 2-3 people, so you can cycle your harvests.In winter start sprouts in kitchen along interior wall where it should be warm enough to germinate seeds.

Works perfect. I never used one before. I was easy with the instructions from utube advice. I use two types of seed. It is for my cats not myself. Easy to clean. Scissors work well for cutting the roots. I don't change the water as often as some do, no problems so far. 6 days is right on. It is nice having several sets so when a grown one is almost used up you can start another one so there is no delay.

These re great little containers if you want to grow fresh micro greens for your culinary needs! It took a little trial and error to ensure the roots weren’t getting moldy or smelly, but a few minor tweaks to the directions and I am growing some amazing additions to my favorite dishes. I have also grown pet grass for the cat and she eats it right from the growing container!

These sprouting trays are made of a durable plastic and are easy to clean. Sprouts will grow tall and straight without molding. Rinsing and draining are very easy.

I grow a lot of cat grass and these are so much better than soil. Easy to clean and grow with.
