I've had the Hiseeu Security Camera system which I purchased from Amazon over a month ago, the one with 3TB NVR and 4 cameras came with it. I also added 3 additional cameras and it was super simple to set up and when I got stuck on something, Hiseeu Customer Support were always very helpful and answered my questions in a very timely fashion.I wanted to add a Video Doorbell but was hesitant at first, as i tried a different brand in the past, and it was confusing to set up the software and just didn't work well. I emailed Hiseeu customer service and they recommended this one. Knowing how well the other cameras worked, I ordered this doorbell and was super easy to install and works like a charm. I also like the feature where you can put the Video Doorbell to sleep, so as to save on battery life and it works really well and I've had it for over a week and it has only used up 2% of the battery. Plus you can install a 128gb Macro SD Card to store recordings and works as expected.Really happy I found this Hiseeu Video Doorbell and very pleased with its performance and the customer service is beyond comparison. They are always willing to be of service and replies to inquiries even on weekend.Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good quality and user friendly camera, and at half the cost of other name brands. A+++ for product and support.

This doorbell makes it easy, for my family to interact with visitors without the need to step into the door especially during late hours. A notification is received when motion is detected.The 1080p HD day and infrared night video, coupled with two-way audio, allows us to answer the door from anywhere using my smartphone(Not sure if it would work with Alexa). The video quality is impressive, providing clear visuals both during the day and at night. The two-way audio enhances communication. The chime included in the package is loud enough to alert everyone in the family.I've had this doorbell camera for a week and it has consumed 23% of the battery with an average of 15 notifications a day. Installation was easy (Took 30 mins to install and configure). The app is very user friendly and easy to navigate and you can also add all your family members. The picture is very clear, even at night, and it has a nice wide angle.A short video clip is stored in the cloud for three days which is more than adequate, for me and through a memory card slot you can save more footage. (For complete notifications like package detection and setting up activity zone, you need a subscription I guess, but those are not my priority). This doorbell also has an alarm in the event someone tampers with it (Wish this doesn't happen) and you need a pin to disconnect. Overall happy with the purchase.

The media could not be loaded.  I am very fond of Hiseeu security cameras so once I saw a doorbell for it I was all for it. I read through the reviews which were good and the quality of the images are great plus storage is free with the SD card but upon arriving I realized there are no anti theft measures....Sure it has an alarm but it's so easy to pull off so if someone takes it well it's gone. Maybe my item is defective but if it's not I hope for their future models they provide better security for the anti theft measures. Awaiting contact from the seller to solve the issue if not I might be returning the item.

Purchased on January 11, 2024I purchased and tested this Hiseeu Doorbell Camera for two weeks to make sure that I will produce an accurate review. I really like the Wi-Fi feature of monitoring my home, so I bought this camera. The box contains all the items shows in the picture below. The seller was promptly sent this item in two days.CONSTRUCTION, MATERIALS & FEATURES:- The doorbell camera itself is make up of all plastics and weight approximately 0.68 lb.- The wireless video doorbell camera came with a wireless chime.- The doorbell camera has PIR Motion Detection & Night Vision. It also equipped with IR sensor at night.- This doorbell camera has built-in microphone and speaker for two-way audio & 4 types of voice changer for added securities.- 2.4GHz WIFI only and 2 ways of storage. Battery power camera can store using SD card (not included) up to 128Gig. It also offer 2 year’s free cloud storage.- The rechargeable battery will last for 2-3 months on a single charge- This doorbell camera can be share account with other members of your family.OPERATIONS/CONTROL FUNCTIONS:- The doorbell camera is easy to set up and pair with your mobile device and wireless chime remotely.- The user manual is clear with diagrams and easy to understand instructions to instruct user to installing the doorbell camera to my WIFI network and to my android cp- The user manual should be written to advice user to first fully charge the doorbell before any step follow.- I was struggling a bit at first trying to sync my CP to the doorbell camera, but after I figured out by scanning the barcode on the body of the camera itself, then the syncing/paring was easy.- I followed the instruction carefully by adding the doorbell camera to my 2.4Gig WIFI and it works and I do not have to select it again, only the first time.- Once the CP found the camera, I don’t have to sync them again. I just start the app, select the camera and the live picture/video showed up on my CP.- I paired the chime with the doorbell camera with ease. You can turn the chime volume up and down.- The night vision video is not very clear and sufficient to see in the dark- The HD 1080p picture and color are very clear depends on the outside lights.- On the app, you can select to audible 2-way communication with the doorbell camera.- I bought the 64Gig SD card separately, formatted and installed it flawlessly to the doorbell camera.- I had this camera turn on and active for over 14 days continuously monitoring and it works flawlessly on my CP.- I did not test this camera outside in the rain, so I am not sure if it can get wet, sorry.- The camera works taking pictures and video recordings. I am sure it will work to store locally or on the cloud with some paying subscriptions.OVERALL IMPRESSION:- Overall, I really like the features and workability’s of this doorbell camera. Thanks for Hiseeu, my favorite feature is the ability to view live videos and recorded pictures remotely from locations anywhere there is internet. I am very impress with 1/3 the price compare to Ring or others brands. I would strongly recommend this camera to everyone. I have an Hiseeu NVR system and purchased this to integrate into the same viewing platform. Once I received this camera and charged it. It became clear it would require the use of a different application. This is a no go for us as we would like to keep all security video in 1 storage location with 1 application. I tried 2 times to get in contact with the company to assist with this matter and received no response. Now I have a $60 paperweight.
