Works perfectly!
I’ve used this a few times. Follow the directions to carefully care for it, no dishwasher, and it will keep well. The scones are easily formed in the pan. I am pleased with it for sure!

Where have you been all my life?
I’ve always known that this brand was very good, but I didn’t know how good until I finally decided to buy this one. Best scones I’ve ever made. The shape is perfect, easily comes out of the bakeware, and makes the perfect sizes. The heat distribution is also perfect, which is what Nordicware is known for. And it did not disappoint. It’s taking everything in my power not to buy every Nordic item they make. But my pocketbook won’t allow that. 😜

Perfect for scones!
The media could not be loaded. To avoid scones sticking, I reccomended greasing the pan with Pam then dusting a light layer of flour over. This worked well, and had zero sticking! This product is so easy to use, saves the time of manually shaping scones. I put it on a large baking sheet so it would be easier to move in and out of the oven, but this is sturdy enough to use on its own.Highly recommend this product!

Truly Non-Stick
I was previously cutting scones into triangles and baking them on a sheet - but they'd spread during cooking and I'd interrupt the baking every 5-10 minutes to try and reshape them with a spatula; they still spread on the sheet. Finally decided to buy one of these pans, even though they're pricey. I can honestly say I love this pan! I recently bought a second one so I can make double batches of scones - they don't last long in our house ;) I don't grease or flour them at all - and the scones fall right out when they're done baking - and they're perfectly shaped & cook evenly! I've made about a dozen batches and they're still just as non-stick as they were when they were new. We prefer slightly drier/denser scones so my recipe doesn't yield a sticky dough; perhaps people who have issues with sticking are using a stickier dough...? I don't know but I think the pans are wonderful. Haven't made cornbread yet - but would be interesting to try. Clean up is super easy - I just use warm water and my fingers, with a touch of mild dish soap then wipe dry. Since nothing sticks to them, it takes very little effort to clean them after use. Nordic Ware has a new fan :)

A Scone Baker's Must-Have Pan
I love scones, but they are often over-priced and dry at the coffee shop. King Arthur Flour Company had a marvelous sale on their many scone mixes so I stocked up thinking I would shape them free-form or in a large round cake pan. Then I discovered this Nordic round, 8 scone pan. I just made King Arthur's Peaches and Cream scones mix in this pan and they came out beautifully and so delicious! So very pleased! Tips: I added a tiny bit more cream to the dough and buttered the pan.
