Good first impression.
Nicely packaged. They grew quickly when released from the vacuum sealed bag. They are very soft to touch and look very comfortable. I have left them on my bed to finish growing and I will use them tonight. I'm giving 5 stars on first impression and will update the review if they disappoint. I'm hoping they will help with shoulder pains I've been having.

Excellent pillows
I bought these for my son who has struggled to ever find any pillows supportive and comfortable. He said these pillows have made an incredible difference to him and his sleep. Highly recommended

Superb, soft and supportive pillows
When I received these pillows, I couldn't believe the difference. My old pillows had gone flat quickly. These are soft, yet very supportive and a good weight. The filling allows your head to sink comfortably into the pillow and then bounces back into shape. They also mould to the shape of your head easily. The pillows look good in a slightly larger pillow case. They offer great value for money and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Great adjustable pillow if you've got spine issues
5 star for sure. I have spine issues so like a not totally flat, but not really soft pillow.The weight of this is lovely. I took some of the filling out so it wasn't as high/ thick for me. That's the beauty of this pillow, you can adjust it to what you like.The cool cover is amazing. If it's too chilly in the winter you can pop out inside a pillow case. I do have some in this larger size already.Feels very luxurious

Come vacuum packed. When opened, the puff right up. Lovely and soft and comfortable.

Good quality and plenty of filling
Good quality and it's not short of filling!! There was so much filling in it that I couldn't get it in the pillow case at first. The whole idea of these pillows is to remove some of the filling until you get the level of firmness and comfort that you want. Takes a bit of trial and error but a great idea. There was a bit of a smell initially when they were unpacked, but I left them in a well ventilated room for a few days and it soon went away. First impressions are all very good.

The pillow smells bad.
The smell on these pillows is overpowering, I'm hoping it will go, strong plastic odour.They have filled right out, look good but, we shall see if I sleep well in part 2.Ended up sending back.
