Adds great flavor to food.
It isn't spicy at all and the taste of mango on any meal is good. However, if you do want to have a real Mango taste, you need to put a considerable amount as the taste isn't strong. To clarify, this does come in a pack of 6.

Gorgeous
Cheers up rice, works great as a dip for Pringles etc, and has a lovely tang to it. We've nearly run out, will get more.

Salad days.
It won't sear a hole in your tongue,but I like this,it adds a little something extra to a blandish salad if used as a dressing.The other sauces in the Encona range I've tried are all very good,too,and make eating healthily less of a chore,and more of a pleasure.
