Yes, there are two discs. Disc 1 is the installation disc. Disc 2 is the "play" disc, meaning you have to have it in the X-Box while you are playing the game.

At first, but it gets boring fast. They took a lot of the fun stuff they used to have in the series, out, and replaced it with yoga, golf, and the stock market (literally). Even the cops are so overbearing it doesn't feel the same.

If you have a WiiU, I would recommend Lego City Undercover. It really is GTA V for Lego, complete with large open world city, wilderness, many vehicles and characters, story and humor--just no adult content.

Q: Is it safe to order a used one or better to buy a new one?

Used should be fine, look for condition notes about map and manual, its best to buy from sellers with high feedback to minimize the chance of issues, but its guaranteed to be in working condition or you can return for not as described.
