The product is good but the service is appalling.
The mop is light weight and easy to use and squeeze dry and the head small enough to get into corners.The box did not contain the spare mop head as ordered. The product arrived very late. The promised spare mop head also has not yet arrived.I will not be ordering other products from this company.

Just don't squeeze handle super hard or you will snap the mechanism! Sadly things ain't what they used to be
