Love this headset! I went back and forth on shelling out for a name brand headset or saving some money and taking a chance on this well-rated not well-known brand. I'm so glad that I took the plunge because this headset has not disappointed! Many of the name brand headsets I have purchased in the past have started to have issues just a few months in, but this one has held strong since day one. The overall manufacture quality is great, it comes with a nice little bag to keep it in (which I appreciate as a hybrid worker when I have to pack it up to bring to the office), cord length is more than sufficient, convenient volume/mute buttons, excellent sound and microphone quality, and clearly made with comfort in mind. There are days when I am on back-to-back calls all morning and these present no issue on my little ears. The headset adjusts to accommodate any head size from my smaller frame to my much larger husband when he needs to borrow mine because his other brand ones aren't working! For your reference, I mainly use these for Microsoft Teams calls. I also love the USB-C plug-in so that I no longer need an adapter on my laptop. Worth every penny.

This is a good basic headset. The microphone works well. The sound is only mid. You will probably not want to use this if you're an audiophile. There's little bass, but the mids and highs are clear. I find this headset good for conference calls. The ear pads are soft and comfortable. The only reason I took 1 star off is because of the lack of bass compared to the many other headsets I've purchased.

My colleagues hear me, not the delivery guy, the barking dog, or the blender I'm using to make my 3 PM smoothie. The sound is crisp, and the in-line controls are essential for that panic-mute when a child enters the room. It's also genuinely comfortable. I wear this thing for 8+ hours, and the soft earpads mean I don't end the day with "headset headache." The dual USB/3.5mm connection is perfect for hopping between my work laptop and my phone. If you need to sound professional while your life is a circus, this is the headset you need.

Works well, good sound, easy volume adjustment. Cord is way too long for desktop computer use, but it's easy to keep it coiled and bound with a twist-tie to make the length I need.

I was happy with this headset until it stopped working just short of 6 months in use. I used it for teams calls for work and it worked fine until it didn't. I expect a headset to last longer than 6 months - my previous brand lasted for over 5 years and in the end had to be replaced only because a plastic piece broke, not because the wiring stopped working.

Headphone sound is amazing with the noise cancellation, and it is very comfortable. However, what I have noticed is that the microphone is not noise-cancelling. In fact, it seems to make everything louder to the person on the other end. It is almost as if the sound is magnified. I am not sure if I am missing a setting or if this happens to be a default pair. I might do an exchange to see just in case. I am very disappointed, as that is very important, as we have two people in the same office on the phone constantly.

Work great. Nothing special. Good product for the price.
