The only criticism is it wasn’t large enough!! Was soooo good to have with the vodka! I was a little worried that this would just be a cheese, but it was so much more!! Delicious, creamy - we ate it all in one sitting along with the matching vodka! Will definitely purchase again, thank you!

Versatile cheese, rich in flavours, perfect on its own, a cheeseboard, sauce's and gratin, my preference the cheeseboard with grapes, apple, pineapple and keep locked away from my Wifey a cheese lover! , Joking, and with a nice sauvignon blanc. Be nice in a chiabtta

Loved the fact this product was delivered quickly and as I received as a gift found it needed refrigeration only after opening the Amazon packaging. Luckily I did that immediately. The cheese itself is covered in a thick black wax and keeps well - it tastes lovely with the black cow vodka and it has a slightly mature cheddar taste. Not as powerful as others you can purchase in supermarkets. I feel however that the price versus taste experience that it is not really value for money - fortunately mine was a gift. Would eat it again tho if given the chance.

Cheese very flavoursome and good texture. A bit pricey but still enjoyable.

Is this gold plated cheese? It works out at £55 per kilo for very ordinary cheddar which I cannot return. I feel completely ripped-off. Never again. Goodbye Amazon.

The texture and taste were very pleasant. The price is, however, spectacularly high for a product which was good, but not spectacular.

Didn't last long in our house! :-)
