Great quality product!
Used the same model last week in a VRBO. We liked it so much that I ordered one right away. Easy to use and maintain. So handy to be able to make an entire pot or a single pod of coffee. We currently have a Cuisinart single cup brewer and have been very happy with the quality and reliability. I look forward to the same with this more versatile brewer.

I purchased this particular brand as I have owned a half dozen different Keurig coffee makers prior. However, every Keurig has failed usually within a year. The Cuisinart is nice and works well so far. But two areas in the design could use some minor improvement. First, the water tank is really not big enough. After 3 cups of 12 ounce coffees it needs refilling...it would nice if it was bigger. Secondly, there is an internal hinged lift inside the water tank that if you fill it to the top water leaks out where the hinge is attached through the sides of the water tank. Both are very minor annoyances. Otherwise it works just fine...so far. I now keep a spare coffee maker on hand when I have to wait for a warranty replacement. I hope I never have to use it with the Cuisinart. Well, my luck didn't pan out as of March 2025. Within the last few weeks the pod only dispenses 8 ounces of coffee on the 12-ounce setting and within the last few days it sometimes gives an E07 error. I have thoroughly cleaned it with vinegar as instructed. The cleaning cycle gives 16-ounces of liquid so it is not a pump problem. So, this one has lasted only 7 months. It has become obvious to me that neither Keurig or Cuisinart can manufacture a quality product.

Coffee Maker - single cup or pot
Works great and quickly gives you a good cup of coffee or you can make a full or partial pot.

Brewed to Perfection—Morning Made Easy!
This Coffee Maker has completely upgraded my morning routine! I love the versatility of brewing both coffee and tea in one sleek machine and it comes in black stainless which matches all my other appliances! The brewing capacity is perfect—whether I’m making a single cup or a full carafe, it handles it all with ease. The coffee quality is impressive, especially with the low, medium, and high temperature settings. I can adjust it depending on the roast or tea type, and every cup comes out just right. The programmable timer is a total game-changer—I just set it the night before and wake up to a hot, fresh brew. The auto shut-off gives me peace of mind, and it’s super easy to clean, which is a must for my busy mornings. If you’re looking for a reliable, multi-function brewer that does it all and looks great on the counter, this one’s worth every penny!

Dead on arrival BUT....
The carafe part works the Kcup part does not. It's Saturday and it will be returned. Edit I ended up calling Cuisinart tech support on a Saturday morning, and lo and behold they answered. Well when I describe the problem the customer service rep knew exactly what the issue was. Evidently in the pod section there is a little button that you have to cycle about three or four times. You do that after you open and close the lid about six times. So order events is open and close the lid to the K-Cup area about six times. If that doesn't fix it there's the little button underneath the lid of the K-Cup area that you press in about 3 to 4 times. I will no longer be returning this it seems like it is functioning appropriately. The CSR Tech did say that if the pods weren't used for a while that you may have to do that it builds up pressure in the line. Hope that this helps other people not get as frustrated as me.

Fool me twice…shame on me. DO NOT BUY SS-15 or SS-16!!
Review for Cuisinart Coffee Center SS-15 AND SS-16… We previously had the SS-15 model… which has a ton of problems in itself. Leaky water reservoir (and no, a replacement will not fix the problem), the more than occasional k-cup coffee ground explosion, and a red clean light that will not turn off no matter what you do to clean or re-program the darn thing. We decided to just deal with the SS-15 for three years and finally decided to “upgrade” to the next model, SS-16, hoping it would fix the previous problems. WELL JOKE IS ON ME. My husband brewed a pot of coffee 24-HOURS ago (worked great then) and this morning while looking for the serial number under the machine I noticed that the plate was STILL HOT! No - the “off” button does not turn off the plate and there is no side switch to turn on/off the machine like the SS-15. We attempted to make a k-cup and per the manual we had to descale the machine first. After holding the clean button, the light flickered red and it beeped five times to tell us it was done. EXCEPT NOTHING HAPPENED!! The water was still in the reservoir. We clicked on the “pod” button to select a cup size. Again. NOTHING HAPPENED. So just like the last machine three years ago, I found myself calling Cuisinart customer service AGAIN. Turns out the machine is malfunctioned. So I must either have terribly bad luck with coffee makers OR Cuisinart makes cheap quality products that could have turned into a FIRE HAZARD had I not discovered the 24/7 HOT hot plate… I’m going to go with the latter. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY on Cuisinart coffee makers. You’ve been warned.

We had a Cusinart coffee maker for about 20 years, used it daily and it lasted that long. Last month, the water tank started leaking, so we had to get a new one. We had a Keurig but it was kinda crowded on the coffee cart, so I sold it and bought this one. So happy with my purchase! It’s easy to use, the single serve has more oz options than the old one and the coffee maker has a bold feature too. I got it for a really good price too! I hope it lasts as long as the last one!

Purchased in May 2025 and began using in June. It is now mid-September 2025 and this machine is non-functional. From the get-go, the pod side made odd noises. Within a month, about one out of every five pod brews wouldn’t brew more than an inch of coffee. Cleaned completely as the videos suggest and descaled. Still not reliable. Then the carafe side started to overflow and leak when it was brewing. Took it all apart and cleaned it again. Now the pod side only displays and E07 error message, regardless of what I have done to try to fix it (as per video troubleshooting). A coffee maker should not need this amount of maintenance within the first three months. Either this was a refurbished model that was advertised as new, or it is a completely non-functional model that Cuisinart should not be selling — especially at a $250+ price tag. Extremely disappointed. I would not recommend anyone purchase this machine!

I had this machine only a few days now and it works great. However I don’t know how it will work in a year from now.

I love everything about it. the looks, how it brews, everything. i read the reviews of this product and since it a fairly new product / the k pod system, i saw reviews about it not working. i gave it a shot and now i love it. it works just fine even after using both systems multiple times. no failures (yet). i like how it has a lower-able tray for smaller cups. it brews hot as heck tho. be careful! one thing i do wish this coffee maker had was a bold function for k pod side. i also like how it has 2 separate tanks for each side of the machine. i had to take a star off tho because the part that holds the filter doesn’t hold it firm enough. it lets water seep underneath. that’s the only flaw i have so far. no leaks or anything so i am happy with the it!
