I bought this cushion to make a vintage wooden library-style chair more comfortable. It has performed beautifully, adding resiliant cushioning that makes the hardy (and hard) old chair my favorite place for a long afternoon of reading. The fabric is attractive after months of use and the cushion has not matted down unreasonably despite daily use.

Being almost 80 y/o .. my legs aren’t that strong any more so I purchased this cushion to make it easier to get out of chairs with a little more height.It is comfortable, great quality, portable with built in handle and I’m sure will help me greatly!

I finally found the cushion that provides the right lift and support that I'll need after my hip replacement surgery! It gives me excellent support without being hard as a rock! I've tried foam and gel cushions, but they have either been too hard or too squishy. With my 180 pound body on top of this cushion, it raises me about 3" from the top of my chair while remaining both firm and comfortably soft. When I get up from the chair, the cushion immediately bounces back to the height that is stated on the website. The website shows the cushion with the curved side facing forward, but I find that it is more comfortable on my chair with the curved side in the back.

My easy chair seat is 17 inches wide and there is a 1-2 inch gap all around the cushion. The cushion does not fit snuggly like I expected. I feel like I am sitting on a mound that is not comfortable.

Pretty comfortable

I chose this one for a couple of reasons. I'm thin and have no butt (that's not a flex). It makes sitting for an extended period of time miserable. This was the third one I tried out and the last. I gave it four stars only since it doesn't have 'no slip grip' on the bottom and tends to slide back. However, that could be my chair, which isn't fully enclosed. I thoroughly recommend it!

Nice and firm (stays that way, unlike products with "memory foam" which just squishes down to nothing. Every cushion I tried became too thin upon getting up from it. It fits the seat pan of my kitchen set without being too large. (75 years old, solid maple. I needed a thicker pillow in order to get up from my chair and onto my rollator walker.) Perfect for me. Fast delivery, even during the Christmas season.
