Good, but know what you're getting
I love audio, and as such am always looking at new products. I was mostly interested in these due to the fact that they made my already extremely comfortable IEMs easier to use. Do they sound as good, as when I was using my DACs portable or Non, NO. They have great passive noise isolation if using the correct tips, but that is the IEM, not this. This gives me good sound using IEMs that I already enjoy just in a different way.Mine are running APTx HD, since I have a Samsung phone. The range is quite good, the battery life is good for hours at a time. I charge mine whenever I've used them for more than a couple hours. The presentation is top notch, and they really have me wanting a better set of IEMs, but for now my star fields are fine. The app, I don't use, since I wasn't able to install it on my android. My security settings said it was a no go, and there is no way I'm changing them to allow for it.

Just stops charging
The design is nice, the battery life is pretty good, the sounds is good, but the quality control just isn't there. It stopped charging after a month of use, which after reading other reviews, seems to be a common problem. Wasn't worth $90 for the 1 month I was able to use it.

A True Game-Changer — Audiophile-Tuned, Flawlessly Stable, and Thoughtfully Engineered
As a seasoned audiophile who’s owned nearly every reputable Bluetooth adapter on the market — from iFi Go Blu Gold to Shanling MW200 and Radsone’s ES100 MK2 — I can confidently say the Moondrop Little White stands above the rest in real-world usability, audio fidelity, and smart design.🎧 Sound Quality: Reference-Grade Tuning with Power to SpareMoondrop’s tuning is nothing short of phenomenal. In high-gain mode, this adapter easily drives my Sony IER-M9, unlocking the full potential of its five balanced armature drivers. The highs are airy and extended without piercing harshness, the mids are rich, emotional, and naturally resolving, and the lows are fast, clean, and well-contained. The tonal balance is studio-monitor level — uncolored but never lifeless. I’ve never heard my IEMs sound this dynamic on Bluetooth.🔋 Unmatched Pass-Through Charging StabilityOne of my biggest frustrations with other adapters — especially the Radsone ES100 MK2 — is the restart behavior when plugged into a power source. Every time I connect the ES100 to charge, it reboots, interrupting playback — a real nuisance. In contrast, Little White handles pass-through charging flawlessly: no restart, no dropout, no disruption. I can enjoy music while it charges as if nothing happened. This feature alone shows the level of engineering care Moondrop put into this product. Battery life is equally excellent, comfortably lasting a full day of continuous use.📶 Zero-Latency, Stable Bluetooth with High-End ChipsetThe Bluetooth connectivity is rock solid. I experienced no latency when streaming videos, and connection handovers between devices are seamless. This is a dramatic improvement over the Shanling MW200, which not only struggled with power output but also had noticeable lag and inconsistent syncing.🧠 Room for Refinement: Hardware & SoftwareWhile I adore the performance, I’d love to see the neckband made shorter and thicker for both aesthetic and structural reasons. Currently, it’s a bit too long and thin, lacking the premium feel of Sony’s WI-1000XM2. The LED indicator is also too subtle — I recommend a soft flash every 5 seconds during pause mode so users know it’s still on.As for software: Radsone’s ES100 app is still the best in class, with rich EQ, codec control, and firmware settings. Moondrop’s app — at least on iOS — is completely non-functional, unable to even detect the device. A robust companion app could elevate this device to the next level. For now, it’s hardware-first — which is forgivable given the outstanding performance.🛠️ Compatibility TipI use a 0.78mm 2-pin to MMCX converter with this device to match my IEMs. It works well, but I sincerely hope Moondrop considers releasing an MMCX-native version to serve more users directly.⸻🔊 Final Thoughts:The Moondrop Little White is hands-down the most well-rounded Bluetooth neckband adapter I’ve used. Immaculate sound, stable performance, pass-through charging without hiccups, and enough power for even the most demanding IEMs — this is the closest we’ve come to a perfect portable audiophile solution. With a few refinements, this could become the benchmark in its class.Highly recommended.

LHDC does not work.
I am using with a oneplus 9 pro that supports LHDC however the little white will not accept being manually put in LHDC mode once HD audio is enabled. It will only go into APTX. I've tried now also on an oppo device that supports LHDC, and it's also a no go. There are several reviews now published that also back my experience. The app doesn't not allow you to enable LHDC as well. This is false advertising. The little white sounds great so it's a shame moondrop is making claims like they are. I own many pairs of their IEMs. KXXS, Starfield, Kato, Variations and Blessing.

Good but awkward
These sound good but wires are too long and are annoying, even when using the length adjusters. Having the wires by my face ends up being more annoying than a cable going to my pocket. Especially bad when exercise because then it starts shifting around your neck.In the pictures the actual body of the moondrop looked really long but it was actually perfect. It's fine when sitting somewhere but then what's the point of wireless.

End game adapters
People don't understand how capable this adapter is and let's be honest TWS is not a real option for great sound (get over it). This adapter has provided me with the best possible sound while being as portable as can be I'm in awe that something like this exists. Full disclosure this is my second one the first one died after connecting with the app download at your own risk, and yes I'm aware software may not have been the issue but there were too many things that went wrong with the app right before they died ANYWAY great piece of tech would recommend 11/10 the app that accompanies it gets a no/10

Superior Sound, Battery Life Meh, Overall Quirky ..
I've been using BT IEM cables for several years and this is the best so far in terms of sound quality.Battery life is less than advertised which is likely related to the fact that the cable never charges to full capacity, maxing out at 80-90%.The unit seemingly 'died' after 2 months but instructions to reset provided by Moondrop brought it back to life. Based on this fact, my confidence level in long term viability for this product is not great.

Honestly my new fav piece of audio gear
So originally I had bought this neck amp to make my moondrop kato earbuds wireless for my runs. But then I was watching a review that said in highgain it can power headphones with an adapter. So 20$ later and now I can use my hd650s bluetooth! I love it for washing dishes, and I am the sort of weirdo who wears his 650s out on his walks! There are tons of adapters on amazon so don't just think this is for your earbuds!!!
