I got my new knife sharpener in the mail today, very fast shipping using Amazon Prime, thanks!The Chef knife sharpener arrived carefully packaged and it came onside a clear plastic box with instructions.The instructions are clear and easy to understand, but hey I already knew how to use it anyways!placed the knife sharpener on the edge of the table, it has a nice weighted feel and grip. I sharpened my first knife, and did the paper cut test, before and after using the sharpener. I must say it did a really nice job, and took out the ridges I had in my knife from cutting things I shouldn't have!With that being said, I first used the course side on the left to take out the imperfections on the blade, and then finished it on the smooth/fine right side. My knife felt and cut perfectly. I have to say that for the money this is an outstanding sharpener to have around!I took it over my son's house and he sharpened his hunting knife with it, and he also did the paper cut test, and it cut right through without effort!I've seen knife cutters sell for so much more than this one, and I don't see any difference as they both have the same sharpening mechanisms. I won't waste my money buying the expensive ones, this one is a winner in my book, and I;m keeping it right in my kitchen cupboard, so when I have some nice foods to cut up, I can keep all my knives sharp and prepare a fantastic meal!

Easy to use, I just swipe my dull knife 5x and my desired sharpness is accomplished. After I sharpened it I tried slicing mango fruit and it was clean cut, I’m amazed how this knife sharpener. I hope this product will last for the price I think it’s worth it.... I end up sharpening my entire knife set just for fun 😂. I totally recommend this product.👍

Works great. Still not sure if it works on serrated edges. The add page said it did but the packaging doesn't mention those types of knives.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I've only used a few sharpeners before, but this is the first one that really feels "safe" - I like how the hand which is holding the sharpener is well away from the blade while you sharpen it. It feels solid in hand, and doesn't take much effort at all. The two-stage sharpening is great too. The one side effortlessly removes burrs and creates a sharp edge, and the ceramic side gives it that polished touch, ensuring the blade is smooth and sharp. This has made my old knife feel like it's brand new! Replacing the knife would have cost around twice as much as this sharpener, and I'm sure this will last for years to come. First use, and it's already paid for itself.

Everything shipped quickly and in perfect shape.Sharpener- Really like the fact that there is a coarse sharpen and a fine sharpen since it is not something you get on regular sharpening stones. Very light and easy to put away, also like the rubber on the bottom to help prevent the sharpener from moving while you are using it. Only gotten it for about two weeks and used it a few times with no issues.Stainless Scissors- Multi functional scissors were pretty good. The locking mechanism wasn't the best, but it's a handy tool to have in the kitchen. I really like the idea that it can be separated into a chef's knife for extra versatility. Wasn't very sharp, but a few runs through the sharpener and I am good to go.Kitchen Scissors- These came pretty sharp already and really love the handy magnetic holder that it comes with. I had no problems with the fit of the holder and the scissors have nice big holes for a comfortable fit in my hands. Don't really know if I'll actually separate it on a regular basis, but at the very least it can make cleaning it easier and more thorough.
