This makes me feel better
This works for me. I take it in the morning rather than a sleep aid. It releives my stress without making me feel drowsy. I bought it because the dog version has worked wonders for my old senile dog and decided to try it on myself. I am feeling more focused and less brain fog.

Best natural supplement for insomnia
I’ve been taking these for six months. Best natural supplement I’ve found for insomnia and also for lowering cortisol during the day. I came across Leapfrog but it was so expensive so I searched for other Lactium supplements. This is much better value.

It’s not a prescription drug, but it helps
It won’t cure any conditions but it will help on difficult days. Can take along side medicine
