Looks really good. They send multiple bags of different color buttons so you can pick what goes where color wise. The tutorial video on their website is really helpful if you've never swapped shells before. Over all good quality, feels nice in your hands, seems durable, and was half the price as other sites I checked.

Fits perfectly, no issues. Looks great. I mixed and matched colors for a unique look.

Dropped my original gba sp twice in a matter of days. Had to get replacement shell. Looked around, seen these and went for it. Followed the tutorial video and had no issues. Looks great, good quality. I used the original pads under the new buttons. All buttons are responsive. No issues with anything. Good quality.

I installed this for my husband and his childhood Gameboy SP and he loves it. The shell on his original was cracking and falling apart. This new shell looks amazing and was super easy to installed. It functions just as good as the original and fits great. He really likes the pokemon pokedex color. It was also such a great value and has everything included in the kit.

Incredible quality and the glass cover to finish off the Pokédex look is peak design.

I would love to give a full five stars, however none of the screws are labeled and the GBA SP uses a lot of screws with minor differences between them. The online instructions are *okay*, but do yourself a favor and just watch a video guide instead. That display ribbon cable is notoriously finnicky. Other than that, the shell is great! While I’m not a huge fan of this “soft plastic,” I will say that all the buttons feel pretty nice and the shell mold looks good around the “volume” and “power” labels. Overall, it’s a great value for your money. GBA SP’s are often considered the definitive method of playing GBA games on official hardware. Shells from 20+ years ago are going on the fritz, so a nice way to help preserve your system would be to invest in a replacement shell.

Very impressed with the GBA SP shell! I chose the NES style shell. It is a little darker than I expected, but I do like the color a lot. One of the best aftermarket shells available. Fits perfectly on the back of my GameBoy Slate mod by Makho. Love the soft touch material. I highly recommend this shell to anyone who is interested in modding or reshelling their old GBA SP. Awesome job, ExtremeRate! Update 2/27/2024: New Year, New GBA SP, New Mod! I did decide to purchase a new shell to mod another GBA SP. I decided to get the new Famicom-themed shell. I am very pleased with the end result. The shell has a nice soft-touch texture. The shell fits together well. Please note, that when using certain IPS kits, you do have to trim the top housing a little. This wasn’t difficult. Just make sure to follow the instructions with the LCD kit you purchase. This is still hands down, one of the best quality after-market GBA SP shells available.

Elle n’était pas sur les photos donc c’est normal, mais son inclusion aurait été apprécié. Il suffit de récupérer celle du modèle d’origine donc ce n’est pas trop grave. En conclusion je recommande ce kit, la conversion est très simple et le rendu est excellent! À noter: il faut récupérer les charnières du modèle original, en plus de l’écran et du circuit imprimé.

Was very impressed on how well everything went together and the overall look of the finished product. Old silver case was in horrendous shape and didn't lose sleep on the OEM shell. Most definitely buy a different look for some of the others I have. Be sure to keep those old hinge pins for the display though. Different colors for the buttons as well, so mix n match to your preference

Come da titolo, la cover è gommosa.... ovvero, ha quello strato di gomma che la rende SOFT-TOUCH ma che, da mia esperienza su altri oggetti (come caschi, joypad, telecomandi etc...), dopo un anno diventa appiccicoso e comincerà a spellarsi (quella gomma assorbe l'umidità meglio dei sacchetti di silicagel, per poi marcire). Purtroppo ho avuto da fare e solo oggi ho aperto la confezione...... quindi non posso riconsegnarla. soldi buttati (E COSTA ANCHE TANTO!!!!!) Avevo gia comprato altre cover simili per il GBA ma erano di plastica rigida e di buona fattura (resistenti soprattutto).... appena ho visto che questa era gommosa, mi sono cadute le braccia. Lasciate perdere... non la comprate!
