Study says they find eight times more creatine in the muscle fibers with the addition of GAA and latrine. Much smaller and easier to take than the regular stuff. One month in seems to be doing the job. Pretty dang well.

There is toxic folic acid in this product!!! WHY not folate??? Just open the wallet wide enough to let the moths fly out and put quality ingredients in your supps! Boost the price a little if you have to! Many people can't metabolize the cyanide molecule in folic acid. Folic acid should be illegal to make but it isn't, and it's mystifying as to why manufacturers who want to have a reputation for quality still use it. Wish I'd noticed the label before I bought it but honestly it never occurred to me that anyone would put folic acid in a creatine product! Total waste of money. It's going in the garbage and I'm moving on to another brand.
