I work out six days a week and try to maintain healthy diet, but wanting to lose 10 pounds because I’m in menopause. I take this pill exactly as directed three times a day before meals and I feel that it may control my consumption of food but yet it doesn’t help with sugar cravings and I haven’t lost a pound. I’m halfway through the first bottle and I’ve been taking it for almost 4 weeks. Haven’t seen the results and I feel it’s a waste of money and get your money back.

This particular product did not work for me. I did not return it because I know I have health issues that probably caused it not to work. The company, however, reached out to me to see how things were going. When I told them it didn’t really work for me, they immediately refunded my money.I was totally shocked. They did not have me send the product back. I will look for more products from this company. They have won my respect. I have been struggling with my weight for a long time, and I've tried countless diets and supplements to shed those extra pounds. Nothing seems to work. Then, I discovered this.This product, like many other weight loss supplements, claims that it targets the root of the problem - the constant feeling of hunger and cravings. What sounded like the best part? It's completely sugar and stimulant-free, so I don't have to worry about any negative side effects, right? No jitters, no hard come-down, But on the negative side of it you can't really "feel it working" like you would with a stimulant fat burner. If you're looking for something where you can actually feel physical results like that, this is not for you.Within the first few days of taking this, I noticed a minor reduction in my hunger pangs, HOWEVER, I did not find that the craving for unhealthy foods went away, as much as I was hoping that I would.The pills are pretty decently sized, and maybe I just have a sensitive sense of taste, but I was able to taste the powder inside of them as I took them. If you have sensitive taste I recommend taking them with milk.Overall, I am not satisfied with the results I have seen while using this product. I have lost weight, although not entirely noteworthy, and not much faster than I was. I also couldn't keep the weight off that I did lose. I'm not entirely sure I would say that this is what I (personally) need to help me get to my goal weight, but I understand that it works differently for everybody, so why not give it a try for yourself?

On my 2nd bottle I will say like anything be patient for your body to get used to it. My main weakness was sugar and also over eating; sugar craving gone and I am eating less throughout the day. Since I workout and eat low carb I have to force myself now to make sure I eat a proper meal for lunch and dinner. So far I have lost 5 pounds but have gone down a dress size. I can tell the difference in pictures :) will order again to help me reach my weight goal!

The product does a good job suppressing your appetite. It works right away. Combined with effective diet and exercise on a consistent schedule it will do the trick

I’ve been taking this product for a month now I haven’t lost any weight and it does not whatsoever curve my appetite or my cravings just another gimmick to make you think you’re gonna lose weight that doesn’t work
